Customer Profile

If you already have a Customer Profile account,

The Wyoming Relay Customer Profile form allows consumers to list their preferences for calls, such as:

  • Frequently dialed numbers

  • Emergency numbers

  • Preferred gender of Communications Assistant

  • Announcing relay service

 

As a consumer, you have flexibility in updating your preferences at any time

How to Create Your Customer Profile 

Below are two options for obtaining and filling out your Customer Profile:

1. Online

Contact Customer Service

You can set up your Customer Profile by contacting Wyoming Relay Customer Service at:
 

  • (888) 694-4450 (TTY/Voice/VCO)

  • (800) 676-4290 (Español - TTY/Voz)

  • (877) 787-1989 (Speech-to-Speech only)

  • access@t-mobile.com (Email)​

 

Representatives will take your request and can set up your account while you are on the phone or send you a form to complete.

How do I get or update in my Customer Profile?

Go to t-mobile.com/trsprofile

Log in with your username and password.

Click Sign In

Click Customer Profile.

You are now on the Customer Profile.

There are 11 tabs on the left side as follows:

  • IP Relay Numbers
