Relay Conference Captioning (RCC)

Get captions for your conference calls, webinars and video meetings.

 

Relay Conference Captioning (RCC) is a no-cost service available for Wyoming residents who are deaf or hard of hearing or have speech disabilities to actively participate in multi-party teleconference calls or web conferences by reading live captions through a web browser on an internet-connected computer or mobile device.  You have the option of either speaking or typing to communicate with the other attendees.

The RCC service hours:

  - 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM  Monday through Friday
  - 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM  Saturday

This captioning service is available in English. 

 

Hosts should join 10 - 15 minutes prior to the start of a call to ensure captioning services are in place for the meeting.
