How Does HCO Relay Work?
Dial 711 or 800-877-9965.
Notify the Communications Assistant that you are making a HCO call and give the area code and telephone number of the person that you wish to call.
The HCO user types to the Communications Assistant.
The Communications Assistant reads aloud the typed message to the other party.
The other party speaks directly to the HCO user.

Other HCO Services
The Communications Assistant specializes in all types of HCO calls, such as HCO to TTY, or HCO to HCO. With this service, you have to specify your call type to the Communications Assistant.
HCO to TTY
HCO users can listen while the Communications Assistant is reading/voicing the TTY user's typed message. The HCO user types his/her conversation directly to the TTY user.
HCO to HCO
HCO users can contact other HCO users through Wyoming Relay Service. The Communications Assistant will voice to both parties what is typed on each user's TTY.
