To Reach a WebCapTel User

You can reach your WebCapTel user by dialing 800-933-7219 (for Español/Spanish, dial 866-219-6803).


After dialing 800-933-7219, you will be prompted to enter the 10 digit phone number of the WebCapTel user, then press pound (#). When their phone is answered, speak normally, they will be able to read your captions through their web browser.


Sprint WebCapTel will not call the user unless they are logged in. Make sure your user is logged in or you will hear a message that the WebCapTel user is not available.
